Thank you for shopping with FoVa Candles! Below you’ll find our shipping and delivery information.
Processing Time
All of our candles are handmade in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Canada only.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/size.
Estimated Delivery Times (Canada)
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary based on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
Please note: delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Tracking
Tracking depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout.
Some lower-cost shipping options may not include tracking.
Packaging & Fragile Items
Our candles are fragile and we package them carefully to help them arrive safely.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
• your order number
• clear photos of the damaged item(s)
• photos of the inner packaging
• photos of the shipping box (inside and outside)
We will offer a replacement or refund according to our Refund Policy.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. FoVa Candles is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once confirmed—additional shipping charges may apply.
