Refunds & Returns
Because our candles are fragile and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
To help us process your request quickly, please email us with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging (inside and outside)
• A short description of what happened
Wrong or defective items
If you receive the wrong item or an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
All candles are final sale due to their fragile nature and safety/hygiene reasons.
Shipping fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the issue was our mistake).
